Project Monarch Vision


Workshop Six Workshop six begins January 22, 2024 and involves understanding the current state process, and identifying key areas where existing workflows and functionality can be leveraged to support different departments. It's imperative that we continue to have engagement throughout these sessions to maintain alignment and standardization across Niagara Health and Hotel Dieu Shaver, and to maintain our project timelines. 7

Huddle Visits Be on the look-out for Training Specialists and change management support this month as they make their way across NH sites and HDS to visit units/departments and share the good project news. Project Monarch Training Specialists will be on-hand to provide solution specific demonstrations of the Millennium software and provide answers to all your burning questions.

Change Management Tactics Summary Align change management with communication and training strategies. Coach Executive Sponsors for active and visible participation. Built change coalition to provide program feedback and disseminate project key messages at program level. Host bi-monthly change coalition sessions for Accountable Leaders and Change Agents. Develop change coalition playbooks to align with sessions. Plan and monitor for resistance.

Host people support sessions for resistance mitigation and address outcomes. Conduct pulse surveys to measure level of project awareness, understanding and impact. Analyze results and formulate change and communication plans accordingly. Host information sessions and participate in huddle visits to gage awarenss and resistance.
