With a love for tubing, cooking, camping, campfires, and spending time with her family, Lynn embarked on a journey of self-discovery and career transformation at NIACC. Her inspiration? Showing her family that anything is possible with determination and education. “I started my journey at NIACC to prove to my family—and myself—that I could do it and to highlight the importance of staying in school,” Lynn shares. Nancy says she would recommend NIACC’s healthcare education programs to anyone due to the convenience of having these trainings so close to home, the caliber of instructors, and the fact that she feels she is supporting the community - and not just medically. “It’s important to support our local economy, and if we can get the classes that we need through our local community colleges, I think that’s a great thing,” she says.
