Although the demand has now returned to in-person events, today, a blended approach is hugely beneficial and an integral communication tool for many organisations. Therefore, we have rebranded our Virtual & Hybrid Streaming Studio to the Broadcast Studio and given it a permanent home at Horizon Leeds. Ensuring that, whatever your sector and whatever happens, we’re ready when you are!

What’s more, you’ll be provided with an onsite tech team, who are leading experts in the field with more than 15 years’ experience in delivering virtual and hybrid events, to support you every single step of the way.

how can the studio be used?

The state-of-the-art, stand-alone broadcast studio provides space for up to four presenters live in the studio at one time and endless number of people off site. This allows for the ability to share their message to delegates all over the world; think branded newsroom studio, with fully interactive capability.

Seamless transitions throughout your event from speaker to panel or presentation will be overseen by dedicated on-site technical support, supplied by Firefly Audio Visual Solutions as part of the package. The studio consists of three LED screens so content, speakers and audience can be shown at the same time, whilst the chair can be guided through the event via two comfort monitors.

With multi camera set up, earpieces, control room and professional level sound and lighting equipment, our event planners can build a fully branded event which can be streamed and recorded on a wide variety of platforms.

It’s all part of the package – laptops, lapel/ headset mics and all technical equipment are provided! That way we can make sure they’re clean and sanitised for your protection and it takes the stress out of ordering extra or bringing heavy equipment to site.
