FOUNDED IN 1986, New Hampshire Children’s Trust has been working with parents, providers, and the community to ensure that all children have great childhoods. Our children are the next generation of workers, leaders, parents, and care-givers. From their first breath, our babies depend on us to ensure their safety and well-being. They entrust us with the responsibility to support and nurture them as they grow and develop. Their success depends on us. Their hope lies with us. We rely on you, our local partners, to help us move toward a state that’s free from abuse and neglect. With your help, we serve thousands of children and families. In addition to the many resources and trainings that we offer, we also hold several events every year to educate, fundraise, and inspire. These events—a parent recognition celebration, an annual dinner and auction, a strengthening families summit, and a fiddle ensemble benefit concert series—are important to our mission and help us ensure that all children grow up in safe, stable, and nurturing relationships and environments. 12th Annual Unsung Hero Parent Award Celebration
Since 2008, the Governor and New Hampshire Children’s Trust have presented awards to parents and caregivers to honor and recognize these extraordinary individuals who go above and beyond to be the best parents they can be. Twenty-eight honorees and their families will gather in the New Hampshire State House for a special awards ceremony.

8th Annual UNH Kappa Delta Auction for the Prevention of Child Abuse
The University of New Hampshire Kappa Delta sorority hosts an annual dinner and auction with proceeds going to the prevention of child abuse. This lively night out features both silent and live auctions, dinner, entertainment, and a raffle.

NH Fiddle Ensemble Concerts in Franklin, Exeter, Concord, and Kittery (ME)
Nearly 1000 music lovers fill four venues to see the NH Fiddle Ensemble and to raise money for child abuse prevention in New Hampshire. The Ensemble is a group of more than 100 acoustic musicians who come together to play rock, folk, country, pop, Irish, swing, classical, cajun and bluegrass tunes.
