Blues come through with bikes at Christmas THE Kendall Blues delivered three utes full of bicycles to Aussie Battlers in Laurieton on Saturday, 13 December, ready for distribution to local families. It was the result of months of planning from the footy club, who launched the “Bikes For Kids” initiative earlier this year to support the work of the local charity. The brainchild of club Vice President Troy Taylor, the initiative aimed to purchase brand-new bikes for local families facing financial hardship, ensuring more kids have a happy Christmas this year.
