Ongoing Improv Classes for adults meet weekly at Powell Park Arts Center in Villa Rica each Monday night from 7:15pm to 9:15pm for adults and teens ages 17 and up. No experience is necessary. Local Young Author Pens Play The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is now in production right here in Douglas County. Adapted by local writer, Hannah Page, from C.S. Lewis’ book, this play involves many characters. Hannah wrote the first draft of this play over Christmas vacation and presented it to Perry James with the Georgia School of Performing Arts. After reading through the script, Perry has decided to produce this play. Practices are being held on Saturday mornings. For more information please call 678.571.5483.
