“We can always learn new things and improve the way we work. This is the idea behind the quality management in our company. In my opinion, the best thing about the Fixu robot is the fact that our experts in different technologies have come together to design a reliable and durable solution to the pharmacy services in pharmacies. Our company applies an ISO 9001 quality system that provides us the metrics to monitor the quality of our products and services, internal processes and the components manufactured by our suppliers. Once a month, in a quality control meeting, we go through the support tickets from our customers, among other things. The tickets are an important indicator of the quality we provide to our customers, highlighting the points to improve on. For instance, we have improved the paint surfaces and suction cup grippers that the robot uses when shelving and collecting medicine packages. Our understanding of our customers’ processes has improved over the years, which has led to major improvements of the features of the medicine storage robot. One such improvement was the idea of the multi-product channel. Customer focus is an integral part of our quality policy.”
