For more than 85 years, the New Castle Historical Society (NCHS) has worked to preserve the history of New Castle for future generations.

Historic New Castle is made up of more than just old buildings, furniture, artifacts and industries that have come and gone. Our town tells the stories of individuals who came from many places and all walks of life, but shared a common perseverance and hope for a prosperous new future. It is incumbent on us to pass on the stories of these individuals, to save what they
