It controls all equipment in the studio, from lighting, through production switchers, camera robotics, virtual sets, audio mixers and ingest ports. Take 2 provides studio automation with a NLE-like timeline that controls all production elements. During show production, if something needs improvement, a director calls “cut” and a technical director uses Take 2’s timeline to easily re-cue all devices. One button executes re-take.
