Sign in as an administrator

DASHBOARD -
This image appears at the top portion of the page after you log in. This is the ONLY section that you will ever need. Please do not go into any box below - the “group” section or “my visit” section (It will create a giant mess)

Next, in the top box, please click the BLUE word Fur Angels.This will take you to the calendar view of FurAngel events. (**NOTE - do NOTclick the orange button on the Dashboard page)
Before signing-up your visit, please view the date that your facility is requesting. Look to see what is already scheduled for that day. Please use your best judgment. If there happens to be quite a few sign ups or sign ups that are not filling up, do not enter your visit for the same day. More than likely you will also have a hard time getting your visit filled and it may take away from the the existing visits.
Once you have a date that works and you are ready to post it on SignUp, please go on to the next step:

Click the orange button: + Create New Spot
(YES! Click the ORANGE button on the Calendar View page.)

In section 1, you will add the number of Dogs, Facility Name, City, andTime
Please check to confirm whether the time isAM or PM.
If your visit has multiple shifts, click the “Add Shifts” button After clicking this button, you will see all the information that you just entered appear. Please click “Apply” to add the first shift. Click “Add Shifts” again. Now, you will enter the time for your second shift Change the time and hit “Apply” again to add your second shift. Repeat for more shifts if necessary.
In section 2, you will select your date(s) of your event.

In section 3, please leave the facility details. We are requesting that all Facility Leads put the following in this box: Facility Name,Address, and Facility Leader with Phone Number and any special notes or instructions about the facility or event. Hit save!

This box will appear for you to confirm all details.
That is it.You have created a sign up! ~ Lastly, exit out and go back into the calendar to make sure that it is there.
If you need to edit or delete an event, go to the calendar view and click on the event Several options will appear in blue next to the time of the event - EDITand DELETE. Whenever you edit or delete an event, any member signed up will receive an email from SignUp alerting them to the changes.

Do’s :
1 As a facility lead, use furangelscoreteam@gmail com to log into SignUp to enter visits, make changes to a visit or to delete a visit.
2. Use your personal email to sign up for visits for yourself.
3 LOG OUTOF Furangelscoreteam@gmail com EMAILevery time
Don'ts:
1.Do not touch any box/section on the Dashboard besides the top box
2.Never hit the box labeled “+Create new sign up” on the Dashboard page
3.Do not sign up for a visit as an administrator when using the Furangelscoreteam@gmail.com email.You will be on the sign up twice.
**Please know that once you enter or change something on the SignUp website, it may take up to 24 hours to update the Google Calendar on the website
