IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT ART CLASSES:
Open to guests of all ages. Shuttle service is available. Smocks are provided, but it is recommended that all guests wear clothes that can get messy. Adults must provide valid ID for alcohol.
For children ages 2-4, one adult parent or guardian must be present for the duration of the class. For children ages 5+, an adult parent or guardian must be present for drop-off and pick-up from the session.
ARTIST SERIES
An established artist will walk you through their artistic style and help you create your own Nemacolin memory. Limited availability and seating.

BEGINNER KNITTING
This 90-minute introductory class invites guests to explore the foundational techniques of knitting, including casting on, binding off, and learning essential stitch patterns to create dimension and texture. With guidance on increasing and decreasing stitches, participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and terminology to continue crafting unique and beautiful knitting creations.

BRICK PRINT WITH LEGOS
Discover the unexpected joy of turning building blocks into beautiful prints by exploring the whimsical world of printmaking using Legos to create playful, seasonal patterns and one-of-a-kind imagery. Recommended for ages 8 and up, as this class uses small pieces that may pose a choking hazard.

CANDLEMAKING EXPERIENCE
With guidance from skilled instructors, you’ll blend scents, pour wax, and design a candle that captures your unique style. Let your creativity lead the way as you shape a one-of-a-kind keepsake to take home. Presented by a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT™), this 90-minute class will provide a beginner with a background in the history of Zentangle, introduce them to the basic steps of the method, and expose them to associated vocabulary and tools used. Students will be immersed in creating actual Zentangle tiles.

Meeting at Falling Rock, this guided tour will showcase the architectural similarities between Nemacolin’s own Falling Rock boutique hotel and the local history and attraction of Fallingwater — a home built by world-renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

Consisting of over 1,000 individual pieces, the multi-million-dollar Hardy Family Art Collection graces all aspects of the resort.
