WHAT ARE THE FINAL OUTPUTS OF YOUR PROJECT? ACTIVITY 1 – TITLE: Formation of National Messengers of Peace Team Action: A ten member team comprising of six youth volunteers and four adult professional staff from the Kenya Scouts Association headquarters was formed Outputs: - Terms of reference were drawn and used to open a call for volunteers - Selection and induction was conducted and the team became operational - A comprehensive report detailing the entire process of formation and operationalizing the team was prepared and is hereby attached. ACTIVITY 2 - TITLE: National Dissemination Workshop Action: A two day sensitization workshop was conducted during the Foundree camp held at Kaburini Showground in Nyeri on 21st and 22nd February 2014 Outputs: - A total of two thousand three hundred and seventy three (2,373) Scouts and fourteen (14) Non Scouts were reached - Seven (7) volunteers and five (5) leaders took part in the project - Three hundred and five people joined the Messengers of Peace Network - Nineteen (19) new projects were registered by the Scouts - Twenty one (21) Scouts responded to the Peace Poll survey - A report of the activity was prepared and is hereby attached ACTIVITY 3 – TITLE: Production of Promotional Materials Action: A variety of promotional materials were designed and produced to help with brand visibility and aid in the dissemination of Messengers of Peace across the country Outputs: The following items were designed and produced (A report on the same is also attached herewith) -

Two thousand (2,000) copies of A3 full colour posters One thousand eight (1,800) hundred copies of A5 double-sided, full colour flyers Three (3) horizontal 4 metres by 1 metre PVC banner Forty (40) pieces of MoP Kenya national scarves MoP Community Action Handbook was developed in soft copy
