This Spring/Summer is going to be an exciting one full of unexpected delights. You thought rich auburn hair only worked for autumn/winter? Think again. We saw plenty of warm hues on the catwalks. If red is not for you, there were also icy blondes with flashes of baby pink underneath. As always with spring-summer fashion, we have seen splashes of colour everywhere but mostly bold pinks and deep reds. Good news for you lazy girls out there. Springs biggest trend is laidback, fuss free mermaid waves. Get easy texture with this look by plaiting damp hair before bed and tousling it out in the morning.

L'Oreal's "beach waves" is perfect for this. This season also saw the straight blow-dried hair low pony which has been a show and catwalk staple with sleek finishes in favour of a softer look. This would look great with the masculine tailoring in feminine textures. The up-dos are ultra relaxed, with strands left loose for a soft, feminine feel and throwing in a flyaway braid will look great on absolutely everyone. 2013's biggest haircut the bob also stormed the catwalks this summer in all shapes and sizes from sleek and smooth the choppy and textured. If you fancy a change, we saw Chanel opt for the crop. Try either a side-swept long pixie or a close cut punk-inspired crop.
