YOUNG PEOPLE ARE THE FUTURE! We are excited to share with you the progress we have made on our project, "Youth Voice: Empowering Positive Change".

MANY GRATITUDE TO OUR STAKEHOLDERS: YOUTH4CHANGE PROGRESS During the kick-off meeting in Vilnius on May 24, 2022 we finalized the details of the project and agreed on a work plan for implementation. We discussed the project details and confirmed the objectives, tasks, and responsibilities. LDUK director Dr. Eglė Celiešienė presented the project in its entirety, emphasizing the importance of visibility and dissemination. Also, the project was presented to Trakai District Municipality. The progress on two activities was measured the preparation of a guide of best practices and a study on youth empowerment in politics. During the meeting, the participant and partner organizations discussed the survey target group and agreed to deal with participants aged 15-19 years. The representative of EPF Dr. Bent Nørby Bonde underlined that project should actively engage vulnerable youth groups in the participatory processes concerning local policy and decisionmaking.
