INTRODUCTION A dissemination plan is crucial for ensuring that the results and findings of the “Youth Voice: Empowering Positive Change” (Youth4Change) project reach the targeted audience and wider public. The following is a detailed dissemination plan for the project, outlining the responsibilities of all partners and the evidence of dissemination that could be provided if needed.

TARGETED AUDIENCE • Children aged 6-14 and young people between the ages of 15-19, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds, who are interested in civic engagement and advocacy • Local and regional decision-makers and policy-makers • Youth organizations and networks • Other relevant stakeholders, such as NGOs, media outlets, and the general public

DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES Project website Description: Two project websites (in English and in Lithuanian) will be created and maintained throughout the duration of the project. The websites will contain information about the project's goals, objectives, activities, and outcomes, as well as news updates, photos, and videos. The websites will be regularly updated and promoted via social media channels, newsletters, and other means. Responsibility: All partners will be responsible for providing content and updates for the project websites, and the lead partner will be responsible for maintaining the website. Evidence: Direct links to the websites, website analytics and reports, as well as records of content updates.

Social media Description: The project will have a social media presence on Facebook and LinkedIn. The social media channels will be used to share updates about the project's activities, promote events and initiatives, and engage with the targeted audience. Responsibility: All partners will be responsible for creating and sharing content on social media, and the lead partner will be responsible for coordinating social media activities. Evidence: Direct links to social media posts, social media analytics and reports, as well as records of content updates.

Workshops and training sessions Description: Workshops and training sessions will be organized for the targeted audience to introduce them to the project and its goals, as well as to provide them with skills and knowledge on civic engagement and participation. Responsibility: The lead partner will be responsible for organizing and coordinating workshops and training sessions, with support from other partners as needed.

Evidence: Attendance records, feedback forms, and evaluation reports.

Local events and activities Description: Local events and activities will be organized by the partners in their respective countries and regions to raise awareness about the project and its goals, as well as to engage with the targeted audience. Responsibility: All partners will be responsible for organizing and coordinating local events and activities. Evidence: Attendance records, photos and feedback forms.

Press releases and media coverage Description: Press releases will be distributed to local and regional media outlets to promote the project and its activities. Partners will also actively seek media coverage for the project, including interviews and articles. Responsibility: The lead partner will be responsible for creating and distributing press releases, and all partners will be responsible for seeking media coverage. Evidence: Copies of press releases, media coverage reports and interviews.

Online platforms Description: Posts and articles in various online platforms (websites) will be presented, in order to raise awareness of the project and provide information about the ongoing activities. The articles will be mainly posted on lead partner’s and partner’s websites, as well as on stakeholders’ websites. Responsibility: The lead partner will be responsible for preparing the material and posting it on websites, with support from other partners as needed. Evidence: Direct links to websites with the information about the project.

Newsletters Description: Brief newsletters will be issued every six months to inform the interested people about the progress of the project. The newsletters will be distributed to the targeted audience. Responsibility: The lead partner will be responsible for preparing the newsletters, with support from other partners as needed. Evidence: Newsletters in PDF version could be provided.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DISSEMINATION PLAN The lead partner will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the dissemination plan, with support from other partners as needed. Evidence: Dissemination plan progress reports and evaluation reports.

CONCLUSION A detailed dissemination plan is important for ensuring the successful dissemination of the Youth4Change project's outcomes and findings to the targeted audience and wider public. The responsibilities of all partners have been outlined, along with the evidence that could be provided to demonstrate the success of the dissemination activities.
