Tremaine Robinson ITGM 705 Professor David E. Meyers Winter Quarter 2011 Exercise 3

Tremaine Robinson ITGM 705 Professor Meyers 2/15/2011 Exercise 3 Ever After Ever After is a card based storytelling game where each person is dealt a certain number of cards until all cards from the deck have been distributed. The game is played using a standard deck of cards. A king is a king, a queen is a queen, a jack is a jack (weaker than king and queen), an ace represents the white knight, the number 2 card represents a black knight, and every other card can represent anything the player wants it to. The person that goes first is decided by the flip of a coin. Whoever goes first creates a story. For instance: that person could place down a card at random and say, " once upon a time there was a peasant who...." Then the next person would throw out a card finishing the sentence of the previous person or start a new sentence. You are not allowed to view your cards. The object of the game is to try and land a higher‐ranking card and take over the game by creating a new story. Who's ever story remains till the end wins. During the game if everyone runs out of cards someone must re‐shuffle the cards and re‐deal the cards and continue the story.
