NEXT Global Real Estate

To evoke the feeling of comfortability and community in NEXT’s new space in Denver, a variety of open spaces, as well as private spaces, will be included. The office space will be versatile and unique, with bright colors, various seating and meeting arrangements, and an interesting industrial inspiration. To incorporate, not only the nature characteristic of Colorado, but also the industrial aspect that goes into commercial real estate, the space will be a combination of greens, metals, glass and wood. The new office space will become a space that the employees will be excited to go to every morning to create work relationships with their peers, and be productive towards the future success of NEXT.

Smith Serenbe Home Project Description Elizabeth Smith and her partner are building a custom home on lot 216 Grange in the Serenbe community in Georgia. Serenbe is a utopian ideal community aimed towards reverting back to older ways of life. The connectivity with nature and attention to the well-being of the environment is the sole purpose of this community. It is aimed towards being close enough that residents can walk where they need to go, and have constant connection and access to the nature surrounding them. The farm-to-table community continues to be extremely successful in providing many people with the ability to live the simpler lifestyle they desire.

Concept Statement The intent of this design is to combine natural materials and smart amenities to evoke a feeling of relaxation, connectedness to the outdoors and luxury. Luxury is functional, customized and aesthetically pleasing. A home is luxurious if it caters to your needs in every day life activities.

Client Research Elizabeth Smith and her partner desire a home dedicated to being a functional space to host their friends and family. They entertain up to 15 people on a regular basis, but Elizabeth also requires private space for business meetings relating to the restaurant she owns.

The couple requested two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a dedicated office, a formal dining room, a terrace for yoga, and ample entertainment space in the kitchen. In order to achieve the balance between business, entertaining and personal space, I divided the spaces strategically among two floors.

The lower level is aimed towards activites involving guests, so it houses living spaces, a large office, a half bathroom and a large porch with three doors opening up to it.

The upper level is dedicated to more private activities, so it includes the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a smaller private loft. Off of the luxurious master suite is a private deck for the couple to enjoy the Georgian weather, beautiful forest view and morning yoga.

Concept Statement Panamanians are people that find pride in their culture, nature and family. La Paloma will be a community that envelops the surrounding environment to create a cohesive relationship between the rainforest and the developed land. In order to bring the outside environment in, this community will boast eco-friendly materials, colors presented in nature such as greens, blues and vibrant flower shades, and large windows to give extended views to the outdoors. The combination of these three key factors will create a welcoming space for, not only residents, but also to family and friends visiting. La Paloma Assisted Living will encompass the many years of traditions that have developed and made the Panama Canal what it is today.

Company Identity KiNa prides itself in revolving our designs around the environment in order to protect the existing land.

Focusing on the preservation of the Earth in its natural form inspires eco-friendly living spaces that bring the outside, in. The main focus of our company is to provide a space that welcomes people from all backgrounds and encourages people to create lifelong relationships. KiNa helps clients shape a space that is suitable for them, and make smart investments to better the spaces where people work, live, and heal.

Problem Statement La Paloma is a new senior living community located outside of Panama City, in the heart of the Panama Pacifico Development, providing personal care to all its residents while allowing maximum freedom and independence, each home within the community will be sustainably designed, using green products. La Paloma takes full advantage of warm climate and hours of sunlight, providing residents with outdoor areas to admire Panama Pacifico’s beautiful views and access to the rainforest.

Priority Statement Our goal at KiNa is to provide a space for all residents that makes them feel comfortable and at home. With great staff that satisfy all of the resident’s medical, physical, and psychological needs, we want to create a safe space where members can feel free to explore and interact with one another, and express their independence. La Paloma makes the transition from members’ homes, to an assisted living community a pleasant experience that begins a new phase of an individual’s life. We hope that the La Paloma Assisted Living Community will encourage residents to not only live, but to thrive through their stay. With comfortable and inviting spaces for activities and events, our residents will be excited to intermingle with each other and create new relationships.

Brass Concept Statement The goal of our design is to combine beauty and purpose in a timeless fashion. We will evoke the classic nature of the product with luxe quality and feminine design. We will utilize rose gold metallics, black and white marble finishes, and high contrast, simple forms. Contrasting smooth surfaces, with velvet accents, will create a luxury experience. Strategic displays using a variety of female body types will show the ease of access to professional and everyday attire. The displays will represent the versatility of each clothing item that Brass sells. This store will feel welcoming and be an exciting experience that will encourage people to visit our flagship storefront.
