Join other hosts in a festive event that offers the first view of the competition paintings. Jurors JAMES RICHARDS & SHANNA KUNZ will give comments on the award-winning pieces. This is a ticketed event that offers the first opportunity for purchasing the competition paintings. Butler served canapes, sparkling wine and music will set the stage for an elegant and fun evening for the 200 lucky ticket holders.

Collectors Gallery Preview & Awards Party Saturday, May 18 • 6-7pm

This Collective Sponsorships may be in-kind services or donation on the RENOIR LEVEL or above Doors will open to the public at 7pm for friends and family to join in the festivities.

Small Works Pop-Up Gallery & Open House A special pop-up exhibition of small works from the featured artists will be added to the main exhibition to encourage beginning collectors. All work will be framed 8” x 8” or smaller. Casual music and cash bar will create a warm atmosphere for a lively exchange between our communities and our visiting artists. .

Thank You Wrap-Up Party Snacks will make the packing and saying good-bye until next year a joyful occasion. Volunteers, hosts, and artists will join together to help artists get packed up and the gallery broken down and stored until 2025.

HOST A LIVE DEMO New this year - sponsor one of the 20 live demonstrations presented by a featured artist. These demos are publicized and free to the public.
