Our goal is to make the process seamless and stress-free. The following step-by step, proven process ensures your property is show-ready, sells swiftly, allowing us to get to the top of your value range:
SIGN LISTING AGREEMENT
– Consider ordering a prelisting home inspection
– Address any major issues that buyers may object to prior to coming to market
– Have your home measured by a certified appraiser (as needed)
– Schedule photography, videography and 3D Tour
– Set up an appointment with a stager if required and implement staging (including accessorizing, decluttering, paint if necessary and landscaping)
– Order a Preliminary Title Report and all HOA Documents if Applicable
– Create and proof read the Park City MLS and the Salt Lake MLS input sheets
– Complete the Seller Property Condition Disclosure Form
– Gather a 12 month utility history and rental history and projections if applicable
– Take a full inventory and exclusion list
– Get house professionally cleaned, carpets steamed and windows washed
– Shoot architectural photography, Videography and 3D Property Tour
– Complete Feature List and Property Brochure (both print and digital)
– Prepare digital marketing collateral
– Ensure that listing information on the MLS and Syndication sites is accurate
– Begin Whispering Campaign with top producing agents within the Sotheby’s network
– Hold Broker Open House and invite top producing agents
– Set up biweekly listing reporting
– Pre-qualify buyers prior to each showing and provide showing feedback in writing after every showing
– Provide bimonthly showing summaries and monthly market updates
