Sales Program Overviews

FOUNDATIONS EXPERT ADVISOR DISTINCTION MASTERY
The foundations approach is two-part; first, a commercial lines in-person technical opportunity provided 3 times annually; and second, a series of presales soft skill building hosted in Navacord Academy. This is designed to provide new or aspiring producers foundational skills before they have a new business sales target and is a great way to support onboarding or development processes.
This program provides foundational sales skills and case-based technical training for unvalidated producers with new business targets. It is supplemented with knowledge sharing from Navacord SMEs and coaching support and updates for brokerage mentors and leaders.
This program is geared to Commercial lines and GBRS.
This program includes focuses on skills to elevate intermediate advisors in their sales strategy, helping them sell more effectively to professional audiences. Formal training on buyer psychology, and communication skills is included, as well as opportunities to build relationships and collaborate with peers across the counter.
This program is geared to Commercial lines and GBRS.
The Mastery program is an invite-only opportunity for elite advisors across Navacord to come together. With focused conversation, collaborative discussion, and executive networking opportunities, this unique program is built to support our top advisors continued growth.
An on-demand intermediate (between Expert and Distinction) program is currently in-development. This program will focus on sales skills as well as building knowledge of what and where expertise is around Navacord.

Expert Advisor is built as a two-phased program with intensive content up-front either in-person (4 days) or virtually (2 months) followed by a ‘light’ period with touch-points and online requirements and concluding with additional sales training towards the end of the ~ 7 month program.

TRAINEE
Foundational technical training for entry-level commercial lines employees.
Overview

This entry-level program features basic commercial lines insurance product technical training incorporating the what and why of service delivery. With a blended learning approach, this 7-week program incorporates online learning and virtual classes with straight-forward application assignments to enhance knowledge retention. Time Commitment: 2 hours per day for 7 weeks.

This CE Accredited* program is a service professional’s pathway to boost skills in working with their team, clients and underwriters for smoother insurance placements for our commercial clients.
