Employee Changes At the beginning of October we welcomed our new team member, Selena Beard, into the Bookkeeper/Administration role. Selena joins our team with over 20 years experience in both the building and medical industries.
Bulk Buys As discussed at the Members meeting, in the last 3 months we’ve had bulk buys on Pedestal and Wall Fans, Threaded Rod, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Yato On the schedule for the next three months are: High Tensile Power Boxes Stainless Steel Electrical Leads Mild Steel Ramset C101C promo Threaded Rod If there is anything else you would like to have a Bulk Buy on please don’t hesitate to let us know. We also presented an opportunity to review your electricity rates via a review completed by Energy Action. They have put the information out to Tender and we should be hearing back shortly on the result. We still have Caulking Guns and Barrel Guns available, details are on the next page.
Catalogues The catalogues arrived at the beginning of October and were dispatched straight out. We still have plenty of Synergy Catalogues (un-branded) so just drop us an email if you would like to purchase some more. They are bundled in boxes of 16 and are $48/box.
Training Perry has completed the first Member Sales Training, as was discussed at the Members meeting. He ventured up to Townsville to work with the guys at Global Fasteners. From all accounts the team up there found it of great benefit. Don’t forget that this offer is open to all Members, just drop an email to Perry to work out the details.
Members Meeting 2012 As discussed at the Conference in July, we are now in the early stages of putting together the meeting for February. Please put Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th of February in your diary’s for a trip to Queensland’s River City, Brisbane. We will be sending you out more information shortly on everything that we will be doing over those 2 days. We will need to know which 2 people from your businesses, will be attending, so please put some thought into that so we can get registration forms back from you in a timely fashion.
