1. All sales are final; no refunds. Any tickets purchased may not be resold.
2. All goods and services are sold “as is.”
3. Once made, a bid may not be withdrawn.
4. Merchandise and service values stated are donor-provided, good-faith estimates.
5. Unless otherwise stated in the catalog, items are not exchangeable for any reason.
6. All purchases must be paid in full at the close of the evening. Approved forms of payment are cash, check, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
7. Purchases must be removed from the building at the end of the evening.
8. Purchaser waives any claim for liability against either the school or the donor of the item.
9. Unless specified, all auction items and services must be used within one year of the event. Read any terms of your purchase carefully.
10. Regarding any tangible item or vacation home usage purchases, please contact Leah Wiseman at lwiseman@nardin.org immediately to make arrangements.
