Le couple qui a déjà fait de la Résidence de la Pinède l’une des meilleures adresses de Saint-Tropez, entend faire de ce second établissement un palace véritable. Pour cela, il dote l’hôtel d’un spa qu’il dédie aux soins Maria Galland. Il rénove la piscine (l’ancien vivier) pour en faire un miroir qui se confond avec le ciel et la mer. Les chambres et suites sont habillées de couleurs douces et parées de meubles réalisés sur mesure par un ébéniste de talent. Deux appartements privés, baptisés Victoria et Mistinguett, voient le jour dans les années 2002 et 2003. Le premier, très raffiné, célèbre le souvenir de la monarque britannique. Le deuxième, à la fantaisie joyeuse de celle qui lui a donné son nom. La Miss aurait sans doute adoré faire bronzer ses belles gambettes sur sa terrasse privée de 125m2 avant de profiter de la tiédeur du jacuzzi. Et le restaurant ? Avec ses deux étoiles rivées à son fronton depuis plus de dix ans, il fait honneur à la mémoire de Pierre Lottier.

The couple has already transformed the Residence de la Pinede into one of Saint-Tropez's best hotels, and now intends to make this second property into a true palace. They create a spa based on the Maria Galland concept and transform the pool (the former fish pond) into a mirror-like basin that merges with the sky and sea in a dramatic play of light. Soft colour schemes delicately dress the rooms and suites that feature custom furniture hand-crafted by artisans. 2002-2003 saw the addition of two private apartments, christened Victoria and Mistinguett. Victoria is a refined residence, named in honor of the British Queen, while the Mistinguett commemorates its namesake with a fantasy joie de vivre style. La Miss would have probably loved to tan her gorgeous legs on the private balcony measuring 1,300 sq ft before taking a dip in the warmth of the jacuzzi. And the restaurant? Two Michelin stars shine on the establishment for ten years now, a fitting tribute to the memory of Pierre Lottier.
