Improving well-being through reminiscence and memory-sharing

Do-Re-Mi focuses on utilizing research and design to respond to social situations in which reminiscing and memory-sharing can benefit young adults as a potential way of reflecting and improving wellbeing. Our team designed a digital and physical reminiscing tool to promote healthier thinking habits.

Increasing wellness through promoting outdoor activities

Into the Woods was a product design project that could have positive design effects on the user while also making sure that the users felt warmth. To do so, I focused on promoting outdoor activities through an app and device design for the users’ further engagement.

USER RESEARCH PROCESS

Each of us observed the initial café space and its users for 2 hours for common problems

Each team member interviewed a customer (all students) to find specific problem spaces

All of us together interviewed the manager to find the main problems for staff members

We sent an online survey to then understand the general user experience
