Step-by-Step Guide to Ordering Marketing with NAF

Step 1: Connect with Your Loan Officer

Reach out to your New American Funding Loan Officer to discuss your marketing goals. Your loan officer will help you identify the right marketing pieces, timing, and design to align with your business strategy.

Step 2: Choose Your Marketing Piece

Select from our approved co-branded marketing options, such as Mailers, Door Hangers, Listing Booklets, Luxury Business Cards, and much more. All pieces are designed to be compliant, on-brand, and proven to help support agent visibility and lead generation.

Step 3: Submit Your Order

Work with your NAF Loan Officer to complete the Design Request Form. Be sure to include your headshot*, logo* and contact information, along with the date needed, quantity, and delivery address. Providing all required details upfront allows our Marketing Team to begin your project quickly and keeps your order moving without delays.

All Marketing Orders will be submitted to MidwestMarketing@nafinc.com

*Headshot and Logo only need to be included with initial orders…the marketing team will keep these on file for future orders.

Step 4: Design Request Review

The Marketing Team will review your request to ensure all required information as been provided and to confirm there are no outstanding questions. You will receive a response letting you now whether your request has been Approved and is moving forward, or if it is on hold pending additional information. This review helps prevent delays, reduces revisions, and ensures your project can move smoothly into the design phase.

Step 5: Design

Once your request is approved, the Design Team will begin creating your co-branded marketing piece. Designs are completed in a timely manner, based on current turn-times and your requested need-by date. Clear timelines help ensure your marketing is delivered when you need it—while maintaining quality, brand consistency, and compliance standards.

Step 6: Review and Approve

The Design Team will create your co-branded marketing piece and provide a proof for you review. Please review the proof carefully, paying close attention to your personal information, contact details, and branding to ensure everything is accurate. Notify the Marketing Team if revisions are needed or if the proof is approved, so we can move your project forward without delay. Careful proof review helps avoid errors, reduces rework, and ensures your final marketing piece is accurate and ready for production.

Step 7: Production and Launch

Once approved, your marketing piece is finalized and distributed – printed, mailed, or delivered digitally based on your selection Your co-branded marketing can ow go like, helping you stay top-of-mind with clients and prospects.

Step 8: Track and Plan What’s Next

Discuss results and future opportunities with your Loan Officer. Ongoing Marketing creates consistency, brand recognition, and long-term growth.

Reply All When Responding

Why it matters:

Using “Reply All” ensures your Loan Officer and the Marketing Team stay aligned and informed throughout the process.

Use New American Funding Templates When Possible

Why it matters:

Leveraging one of New American Funding’s approved templates speeds up the design process, maintains brand consistency, and helps your marketing move from request to launch more efficiently.
