KIDSZONE HOLIDAY ACTIVITY GUIDE SCHOOL
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before booking into NADO KidsZone School Holiday program, each child will need a current and active Service Agreement, NDIS Plan, Client Profile, or any relevant plan requested. Service will not commence until this is completed, in-date, and received. Please contact us if you are unsure a current and active Service Agreement, NDIS Plan, Client Profile, or any relevant plan requested.
BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL FOR EACH DAY. MAXIMUM CAPACITY MAY BE REACHED ACCORDING TO SUPPORT RATIOS.
To book, please email kidszone@nado.org.au or call NADO at 1300 738 229 between 9 am - 4 pm Monday to Friday. Bookings will be accepted once they have been confirmed and the child has ALL in-date documents. Bookings for the Holiday program will close on Friday 28 March.
Payments - Activity is to be paid prior to confirmation of your booking unless prior arrangements have been made; booking will not proceed without payment.

In Person - You can book and pay in person at our Head Office Reception (28 Gidley Street, 2. St Marys) between Monday to Friday 9 am - 4 pm 3.
Transport - No transport can be provided to and from the program unless an arrangement has been made prior.
Cancellations - Any cancellation within 7 days of the support will be charged via the NDIS funding. Activity costs will be charged where tickets have been purchased and cannot be refunded or replaced.
Please ensure children’s belongings are labelled, all money / cards / vouchers greater than $20 is handed to the Coordinator at the beginning of the program, and no cash or items of value are carried or in backpacks.

Staff hours and the school holiday program times are 8.30 am-4.30 pm. Please drop off/pickup during these times unless you have made a prior arrangement Any care or handovers outside of these times will be charged at 2:1 rate in 15 min blocks to cover the costs of staff overtime. This additional fee may not be included in your service agreement.
In school only care will only be available subject to availability of support staff
Please be aware we aim to provide high quality care to all children and their individual needs. 1:1 supports may be booked out sooner than maximum venue capacity to allow this high standard of care to be provided.

BOUNCE HOMEBUSH
Start off the school holidays strong strong at Bounce - the ultimate fun to indoor adventure!

TUESDAY 15TH APRIL
FUN @ DEERBUSH PARK
Fun all day long at Deerbush park in Fairfield! There’s so much to do including sand pits, climbing nets, flying foxes, water play, swings, trampolines and more!
