At this Old Mission Peninsula oasis, the sweet floral treats aren’t just for the bees; cut your own bouquet, find a bench among the blooms and sip lavender lemonade with a fresh-from-the-oven shortbread cookie (lovingly made with the garden’s own lavender buds, of course). Bonus: Bring your U-Pick basket along and fill it to the brim with a variety of perennial flowers, herbs and, come mid-June, the juiciest strawberries that grow on the 155-acre vineyard and winery estate grounds.
