TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT DEADLINES:
Payment is due within 30 days of booking. For long-term ads, the first installment must be paid before the ad runs. Late payments may result in ad removal.
CANCELLATION:
Full refund if cancelled before ad goes to print. Remove no refunds within 7 days of the ad date.
AD SUBMISSION:
Ads must be submitted in high-resolution PDF, JPG, or PNG at least 10 days before the ad runs. Late submissions may forfeit placement without refund.
LIABILITY:
The Chamber isn’t responsible for errors in ads provided by advertisers. The Chamber can reject or request revisions to ads that don’t meet standards.
