Description:

The project is intended to propose rejunvaion of Najafgarh drain which disappeared in last decades,this drain is surrounded by various human activities like commercial,residential,agricultural in this project you can find the methods use to rejunvate drain and a public park wh ich was abandoned/misused.

Revitalization of an abandoned urban space. By creating active urban edge.

Using Najafgarh lake as an connecting element, which will connect the urban park with city as a living element.

Abstract

“Earth is not what it is used to be”. Through the last centurie s, cities and civilizations have been transforming and growing rapidly. Many ancient cities around t he cities were Known for their livability but we, humans that inhabit this planet, have always been seeking a bright future that provides us with all sorts of leisure.

Ever since vehicles and industries became prior to humans, who lost their sense of place, those ancient cities began to lose their features.in return people in our present days are always seeking redemption, by leaving city centers and looking for places that provide not only a healthy environment but also activities that they can rely on.

In our cities, many problems have been resulting from the automobiles, green house gas emission, stubble burning...dominating our surroundings such as air and water pollution, social segregation due to these urban issues.

Therefore, here urban parks offers an imminent solution to deal with solutions our modern cities are facing. They are not only acts as ecological corridor but provides different functions along with infrastructure of city; including economical, social aspects all combined together to enhance and develop our cities.

Similarly,For architecture to rule dimension Design becomes extremely important for us to create the reality between architecture & humans to increase the curiosity and importance of the subject.

Aim :

Regardless of the exact location and whether we ever find it or not, God has made provision so you can taste the fruit from the tree of life in eternity. Regardless of where it is lets make sure you are one of the overcomers so you too can enjoy eternal life in Paradise.

The proposed Site is zoned under recreational green area in the land use plan of Delhi 2021.The site has a great urban potential as it is being developed as smart city. It is located in city. i.e. sub-city which soon will be urbanized according to master plan 2021 and 2041.

It will be developed along the drains to serve functional as well as leisure facilities.

Site is barren.it has some dry and green shrubs, thorns Which is due to lack of ecosystem.

The site is close to Najafgarh bird sanctuary upcoming football stadium and Dwarka city which optimizes site potential.

Site surrounding:

Present: The proposed Site is surrounded by residential areas, vacant plots and villages. Which are urbanizable and are being developed. It has commercial, public and semi-public facilities.

Chaudhary Prakash Ayurveda hospital and semipublic and public facilities which makes site an active public realm and more engaged which make the site more economic beneficial.

Despite various initiatives and measures taken over the past few years, like introduction of CNG and EURO II norms etc., the air quality in the city, in terms of pollution levels, has continued to be a matter of concern, and has been responsible for a number of respiratory diseases, heart ailments, eye irritation, asthma, etc.

The three main sources of air pollution in Delhi are:

vehicular emission (around 70 percent) ,industrial emissions (around 20 percent) with a major element of this coming from the three thermal power plants, and from other sources

Farming: Three simple ideas:

To start, new farmers need support, including technical assistance, financial support and an engaged public; ‘learnin g hubs’ such as the Park can attract capital investment and facilitate provision of technical assistance, both needed by new farms; and the most critical place to engage the public and to create common ground between urban and rural interests is in the interface between the two, on available land .

3. Third, the system is expanded across the region. Allowing nature to grow back in between.

Digital Museum

Museum:

A place where fragments of the world are displayed that creates a specific emotional condition. A place where all these fragments make sense through the experiences. Imagination is the real museum?

What if this experience becomes unlimited ? Without any notion of space. Without any concept of time. Just focusing on your own emotion..

Requirements:

The hall is 4MX3MX3M art gallery with no physical displays to touch. It consist of LED walls with 270degree projectors and speakers which gives visitors immersive feeling. It holds the capacity of aftmost 5-10persons.

The purpose of museums is to collect, preserve, interpret, and display objects of artistic, cultural, or scientific significance for the study and education of the public through AI.

To city , this acts as an active museum community be seen as a gauge of the cultural or economic health of a city, and a way to increase the sophistication of its inhabitants. Its designed to be seen as a way to educate the public about the museum’s mission, such as civil rights,addressing urban issues or environmentalism acing as a storehouse of knowledge and creativity of today and futuristic era.

It is designed for visitors to immerse in cultural heritage of India.

Fashion Studio

Location: Bijapur Project area: 70 sqm

The studio is developed as a project for a fashion designers Boutique With a mazzenine floor –a place where owner can not only sell designed dresses but also can get to stay there.

The furniture was particularly created and chosen to be easily transportable.

Furthermore, the room might be converted to host masterclasses and other events. Lighting has been provided via a variety of sources.

There are also numerous furniture lights. This filled the space with light and improved the aesthetic effect of the place.

As a result, the interior features of the new store were designed

in the shape of an arch.

Decorational showcases, mirrors, and decorative panels have been expressly designed for this purpose. The business is located in the GF. In order to transform the area into a bright, open environment, in order to eliminate the dungeon-like feeling had to be completely eliminated.

Space is designed as an open concept for ease of circulation and uniform lighting throughout due to the lack of natural ventilation.

A large glass opening is employed to let maximum light into the room.

In the search for materials with pink elements, I was intrigued by the terrazzo texture for design. In addition to its simple style and pink appearance, there was also the implication of wood and polished surface for aesthetics.The exterior wall was removed and replaced with transparent glass with touch of minimal classic border, which not only brought more transparent views but also made full use of natural light and views

Materials : Black-Basalt stone and Wood. Climate : Hot and dry.

Bijapur city is well known for its historical monuments of architectural importance built during the rule of the Adil Shahi dynasty.

Vision:

To design a space that includes a space for various cultural events and at the same time celebrates the culture of city.

Creating a design which will reflect and enhance the history and cultural of city.

To design a cultural center which will integrate its function and presence with sangeet mahal and impact of each other.

Context: Bijapur, officially known as Vijayapura, is the district headquarters of Bijapur district of Karnataka state of India.

Concept:Navarasa means Nine Emotions in which Nava signifies nine and Rasa signifies Emotions.

05Single Family House 54’X80’

Although the house has a classic design, the floor plan is relatively modern in terms of how it flows, lets in light, and gives access to the outdoors. Custom-made steel window frames and wood doors with polished paint, pastel interior hues, and arch patterns are used.

Living in a beautiful modern place that represents the ambitions of the client and allows them to express their individual tastes in furniture and artwork is the end result.

It is 4bhk house each bedroom of 11x12ft with attached toilet of 21sqft and other rooms are designed based on standards keeping in mind by the use of space and its circulation.

“The clients are pious, like classic style, and enjoy eating. So the house balances the relaxing and attractive light colour palettes, and the house is all about family and food.”
