Concept

Life is a series of obstacles and challenges. Only within the storm, people could deeply perceive the most important meaning of life. Therefore, if there is one place, where people could escape from the reality, forget the pain and pressure that time brings us physically and mentally, it must be in the dreams.

Possibleactivities along theGreenway:

1.Waterfront walkwaysand cycle tracks, thereby reducing vehicular movement.

2.Small scalecommercial activities along the walkways.

3.Socialinfrastructure development.

4.Gathering place (OAT).

5.Ghat development.

6.Playground development.

7.Park development.

Inthe bible, in Genesis, the garden is described as having temperate weather with no rain, lush trees and gushing rivers.

Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil."

CONCEPT:

place where fragments of the world are displayed that creates a specific emotional condition. A place where all these fragments make sense through the experiences. Imagination is the real museum.?

A place where you do not have the choice to see what you want, and in which you wander, full of hope, expecting to find something that will transcend you just for a moment.

What if this experience becomes unlimited ? Without any notion of space. Without any concept of time. Just focusing on your own emotion..

The furniture was particularly created and chosen to be easily transportable. Furthermore, the room might be converted to host masterclasses and other events.

Lighting has been provided via a variety of sources. There are also numerous furniture lights. This filled the space with light and improved the aesthetic effect of the place.

As a result, the interior features of the new store were designed in the shape of an arch. Decorational showcases, mirrors, and decorative panels have been expressly designed for this purpose.

The business is located in the GF. In order to transform the area into a bright, open environment, in order to eliminate the dungeon-like feeling had to be completely eliminated.

Space is designed as an open concept for ease of circulation and uniform lighting throughout due to the lack of natural ventilation. A large glass opening is employed to let maximum light into the

The scheme is expected to maximize the provision of detached, semi-detached and row housing for a mix of income levels and affordability criteria. In order to achieve satisfactory viability, the mix of unit types and their locations within the site should be market conscious. The Client’s preference is for part of the housing to be for rent including student accommodation, homes for start-up families, office space and retail/leisure however this will ultimately depend on the project’s viability.
