A car seat is probably one of the most important purchases you will make for your child, but with so many types and models of car seat on the market, it can be difficult to know where to start and which one to choose To ensure that your child is travelling safely, it is vital to choose a seat that is suitable for the weight or height of your child. You will also need to ensure that the seat is compatible with your vehicle, as not all seats fit all vehicles. Our advice is to always check the manufacturer’s website to ensure that the seat is compatible with your vehicle and to visit a reputable retailer with trained child car seat fitters. In many cases, staff will be able to help you
to correctly fit the seat in your vehicle. Remember, if the seat will be used in other vehicles, you will need to ensure that it is compatible with all of the vehicles that it will be used in.
