ithout understanding our body’s unique language, we miss out on the precious gifts that our body offers us.

Our body is a powerful home that gives expression to our intuition, helps us to bring life to our creative visions, and connects us to our world. Being in deep connection with our body, and honouring its natural rhythm, empowers us with ways of creating a life that feels ease filled, inspired, curious, open and spacious. The deep core and pelvic floor is a space in our body that: • Undergoes big changes during pregnancy and birth • Many women feel disconnected with & ashamed of in some way • Holds powerful creative potential • We can sense our feminine energy • Can give us deep insight into our body’s wisdom
