By preserving elements like the iconic brick colors and swordfish motif, we honor the area's cultural legacy while introducing sustainable practices and improved amenities. We envision a vibrant urban space that not only meets current community needs but also sets a benchmark for future developments. With enhanced pathways, gathering spaces, and sheltered areas, our vision for BMTC promises a dynamic hub that fosters social interaction and supports diverse activities.
