Queens Yard
n e
Queens Yard is an example of a cluster of buildings from different periods that house a diverse range of uses including leisure destinations and where activity spills from the buildings. The yard provides a thoroughfare and there is public access to the canal frontage. Currently, however, the yard space suffers from over use of vehicle parking at certain times of the day. While parking is very important to some of the businesses here, this requires a careful balance with other uses and the needs of pedestrians.
