Workshop Flow:
Participants are welcomed and encouraged to draw inspiration from their company’s vision or a chosen theme.
Learning Wheel Techniques:
Teams learn the art of wheel-throwing from our instructors, mastering techniques like wedging, centering, and pulling.
Collaborative Crafting on the Wheel:
Each team member contributes to the creation of one part of the vase on the pottery wheel, focusing on shaping their assigned section.
Assembling the Vase:
After individually crafting their sections, teams come together to assemble the parts into one cohesive, grand vase.
Final Touches:
Teams add finishing touches to the assembled vase, refining details and ensuring coherence in design
Reflection and Celebration:
Teams reflect on their teamwork and celebrate their completed vase as a tangible symbol of their collaboration and creativity.

Tile Creation:
Each participant crafts their own clay tile, infusing it with their unique style and creativity.
Assembly and Installation:

Workshop Description:
Embark on a journey of creativity and collaboration with our “Creative Sculpture Quest” workshop. Participants delve into themed sculpture building, where imagination knows no bounds. Teams brainstorm and sculpt based on chosen themes, sparking creativity and idea-sharing. Each sculpture serves as a conversation starter, igniting inspiration and innovation in the workplace.
Workshop Flow:
Participants are welcomed and split into teams. Each team selects a theme which are tailored to the company’s vision (e.g., famous buildings for a construction company, gadgets for a tech company). These themes will be prepared on chits in a jar for them to pick from and are not to be disclosed to the rest of the team members.
Brainstorming and Sculpting:
Teams brainstorm ideas and sketch out designs based on their chosen theme. They then bring these designs to life through sculpting, using clay and sculpting tools.
Presentation and Deciphering:
Once the sculptures are complete, each team presents their artwork to the rest of the group. The challenge is for other teams to decipher the theme behind each sculpture.
Reflection and Celebration:
Teams reflect on their collaborative experience and celebrate their collective creativity. They discuss insights gained and share thoughts on the importance of teamwork and innovation.

Workshop Description:
Experience the warmth of teamwork and shared memories in our “Memory Jar Creations” workshop. Join us for a heartfelt journey where teams come together to craft special memory jars filled with cherished moments and achievements. Each team will be provided with a clay jar and lid, ready to be transformed into a personalized masterpiece using the sgraffito technique (carving into wet clay). These decorative jars will hold written memories, achievements, or goals accomplished together, serving as a symbol of unity and camaraderie in the office. Celebrate your team’s journey and create lasting memories to be treasured for years to come.

Participants are welcomed and introduced to the workshop’s objectives. They reflect on the importance of teamwork and shared experiences in achieving common goals.
Design and Decoration:
Teams brainstorm ideas and sketch out designs for their memory jars. Using the sgraffito technique, teams carve meaningful symbols, words, or images onto their clay jars. Each stroke tells a story, capturing the essence of their shared experiences and achievements.

Once complete, the jars are prepared for firing, ensuring their durability and longevity. Participants reflect on the significance of their creations and the bonds they represent.
Memory Collection:
In the finished pieces, teams could fill their decorative jars with written memories, achievements, or shared goals, encapsulating the essence of their journey together as a team.
