Classes
Hand Building: in this class, you’ll learn the oldest pottery making technique. You’ll use the balm of your hands, fingers, and simple tools to create everlasting pieces of art. This class suits beginners who want to start advancing in the craft.
Wheel Throwing: a technique that involves using a potter’s wheel to shape round ceramics and molding your favorite shapes by hand. It is a therapeutic activity that is guaranteed to help you release the stress of the day. This class is for beginners and advanced pottery makers.
Glazing: this technique involves coating your pottery creations with a final layer to add some color and decorations to your pieces. This class is suitable for all skill levels.

Order Procedure
1. Schedule a meeting with the designers to discuss your order.
2. The designer will fill out the customized order form, which the client must read,acknowledge the design, and sign.
3. The client will be charged separately for the stamp if they require branding.
4. We will start the sample piece once we have received approval and payment. According to the design, the time frame is 3-4 weeks.
5. We will send the quotation for the final order as soon as the sample has been approved and the quantity has been decided.
6. Depending on the quantity being ordered, the estimated production time is 4-8 weeks.
7. Once the order is ready, we will go through the quality check to ensure that all of them are in good condition, then we will pack the order and let you know it’s ready for pickup.
8. When the full order is received, the sample cost will be deducted from the total payment.
Terms and Condition
1. The client will have to pay for the sample.
2. If there are any additional changes in the initial design, it will be charged separately.
3. There will be no refunds or cancellation once the production starts.
4. If the client does not want to have a sample, he will have to sign the consent form and any modifications or amendments will not be accepted. MUD will not be liable to refund or exchange of Items.
5. Minimum order quantity should be above 20 pieces. If the client requests for less than the MOQ, they can only choose from the ready-made pieces. However, there is an exception on the MOQ, depending on the design or type of the product.
6. Full payment must be settled before the production starts.
7. The delivery expenses must be shouldered by the client. MUD will not be liable to any damages upon delivery.
Disclaimer
If there will be any broken pieces during firing production, please take note that the estimated timeline will be extended.
Each of our products is meticulously handcrafted one at a time by our artisans. Due to this process, there may be minor variations in size, shape or color, from one item to the next. Such variances are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade and hand-painted ceramics; this is the beauty of handmade, and it will make your purchase special and unique.
Pottery is a very delicate media. Therefore, it cannot undergo a sudden temperature shock. Even for cleaning, the dishwasher should be set to a lower temperature. If there is any damage happening due to these reasons MUD will not take the responsibility and we won’t be able to do the fixing.
