• Automated Safety Compliance Training Process for MTA Bridges & Tunnels: Migration plans underway to convert Certificate of Fitness training process from manual to online. Anticipated change will enhance training and examine maintenance employees on some of it FDNY COF training processes. B&T
• Checklists | Fleet Spare Parts Inventory Optimization (Phase 5): The rollout of checklists for both desktop and mobile have been a success for MTA Bridges and Tunnels. After building and designing the list for the maintenance employees to follow, this process will allow B&T the ability to keep a digital record of the once handwritten checklist process. This enhancement will increase the visibility of the response of the information and will help quantify the results of the information collected. B&T

• Power HVAC Inspections: Deployed HVAC Inspections allowing the Power department to track and manage HVAC inspections and preventative maintenance in HXGN EAM. LIRR
• Stations Cleaning Work Management: Deployed Station Cleaning and Labor Planning, enabling the Stations department to efficiently manage and schedule work and plan labor accordingly. LIRR
• Parking Lot Enhancements: Deployed. Enables LIRR-Stations to use HxGN EAM work orders to gather parking space characteristics, space capacity and space utilization information in the field using a mobile device. LIRR

• Cross Departmental Tickets - Stations/Structures: Deployed. The Security Department can now submit work requests in HxGN EAM to the Communications department to address concerns during their inspections. LIRR
• Structures Department Bridge Inspections: On-going efforts to migrate Bridge Inspection history from Maximo to HxGN. LIRR
• Structure Department High Tension Tower Inspections: On-going efforts to implement High Tension Tower inspection in HxGN to enable the Power department to perform inspections in the field using mobile devices. LIRR
• HxGN Asset Naming Standards: On-going efforts to implement HxGN system enforced asset naming standards to uniquely identify assets enforce data standards. LIRR
• HxGn Equipment Hierarchy: On-going efforts to build location-based equipment hierarchy for all equipment within HxGN EAM. LIRR
• Track Walk Inspections: On-going efforts to configure Track Walk Inspections. The Track department will have the ability to capture walk and non-conformity information, including GIS locations. LIRR
• Security Materials Management: Requirements gathering complete. Will enable the Security department to perform storeroom management of Cameras and Servers in HxGN. LIRR
• Comms Fiber Assignment Inventory: Requirements gathering in progress for the Communications Department Fiber Management. LIRR
• Signals Implementation: Signals Control Desk IVR (Integrated Voice Response) Workforce Logging delivered. MNR
