STATE HAIL

IN THE HEART OF THE SOUTHEASTERN CONFERENCE, THERE’S A SPECIAL PLACE WHERE
PASSION, TRADITION & INNOVATION COME TOGETHER
TO CREATE AN UNFORGETTABLE COLLEGE EXPERIENCE.

AT MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY,
we’re rooting for each other to succeed, grow, and thrive.
Our beautiful and friendly campus is the perfect setting to find your path to a successful career and be part of something bigger than yourself.
Plus, you can’t beat the food, music, or unique charm of our hometown of Starkville, Mississippi — USA Today’s Best Small Town in the South.

RING YOUR COWBELL
Long ago, while defending our home turf against a rival football team, a cow wandered onto the field. A Bulldog win sealed the cow as a good luck charm. Eventually, in lieu of bringing a cow to every game, the MSU cowbell –– one of college athletics’ most unique traditions –– was born. The ringing of 60,000 cowbells makes for one of the most exciting environments in college football!
