Huge congratulations to Max on his year, it’ s going to be a big act follow! I hope you ’ re all settling in to your roles and excited for the County Officer training weekend, which I hope will be of use to you! Hope that all new members evenings have been going well, with lots of new and current members in attendance!

We have some new discounted training courses for SFYFC members with Harper Adams University, so look out for more information and please make sure you have your membership renewed!

Make sure you have your votes sorted for who you would like as the NEXT Vice County Chair, as we have the County AGM on the 26th October so I look forward to seeing you there and then for a boogie in Alberts shed afterwards! We also have the rural careers fair on Thursday 7th November, so please keep sharing the event to everyone you know. If you have any questions or if there’ s something we can do to help then please get in touch.

See you soon, Millie x

SFYFC RURAL CAREERS FAIR

SFYFC will be holding a rural careers fair which will be open to YFC members and the local community, to showcase the possible jobs in the agricultural and food industries. Hopefully, it will show people (of all ages) there’ s more to agriculture and food production than you think!

So, whether you ’ re looking for work experience, apprenticeships, placements, graduate jobs or a career change, come and have a look and a chat with the amazing businesses we have coming . It will be a good social, we will have several talks throughout the evening too.
