BONBEACH(50)vDROMANA(57)
Dromana had a point to prove after a disappointing result in round 1, which was executed well in the first half. With a 32 goal half by the visitors, Dromana found themselves with a strong 12 goal lead at half time.
Despite Bonbeach winning the second half of the match, the hosts could not make up the difference over the second 30 minutes of the game. Ellarnah Hanlenwasconfidentunderpostandsomeexcellent work in the mid court by Steph Panayi ensured Bonbeach were competitive. A commendable effort from the Sharks given only 7 regulars were available for selection in this round 2 battle, but the Tigers did enough before the rain came to ensure they ran out winners.
Dromana will stay on the road and head down to Rosebud in this live-streamed match, and Bonbeach willbattleagainstLangwarrin.
