UPFRONT UNDERWRITING

We get right to it. Our LOs and LOAs send applications directly to Underwriting to do a thorough review of the file from the beginning, decreasing conditions and saving a remarkable amount of processing time. To make things even speedier, our LOAs are also trained to be processors and work directly with underwriters, saving more time and giving LOAs more control.
AN OPS TEAM THAT ASKS, “HOW CAN WE MAKE THIS WORK?”
No application can be denied by one underwriter — it must go before a Loan Committee to ensure no other options are available to the borrower. Our LOs also have full-time “oncall” support from underwriting experts who have direct relationships with the GSEs.

DEDICATED UNDERWRITERSAPPRAISAL
Our Mission Control team has a very particular set of skills they acquired through rigorous training and a lot of experience. They follow specific processes for high-priority, rescue or scratch-and-dent files, making sure that each file is assigned to the proper department and handler.
