Don’t Trust Just Anyone When It Comes To Your Brakes Your brake pads and rotors are extremely important not only to keep you safe but to ensure that your ride will be more enjoyable and smooth. You don’t want to choose just any brake pad and rotor to get this job done. This is why we choose EBC Brakes as our provider for all your brake needs. They manufacture some of the top leading brake pads and rotors on the market. They provide a wide range of options for each vehicle. Here is an overview of the different brake pads that they carry: ULTIMAX BRAKE PADS – OEM REPLACEMENT A new heavy duty metallic / part aramid fiber pad for silent and powerful braking on all makes and models of sedans, SUVs and light trucks. *Key Feature: New AF42/66 friction material completely eliminates brake judder and produces a high friction long lasting brake pad. GREENSTUFF BRAKE PADS – 1ST LEVEL SPORT UPGRADE A high friction organic pad using man-made aramid fibers such as Dupont Kevlar® or Twaron Series: 2000 – Sport Compacts, Muscle Cars, Premium Sedans, and European Built Sedans 6000 – SUVs and Light Trucks 7000 – Prestige SUVs and Light Trucks *Key Features: High initial brake effect; strong resistance to fade under load; totally resistant to rotor vibration; medium dusting of wheels; shimmed, chamfered and slotted; average friction of 0.40 REDSTUFF BRAKE PADS – 2ND LEVEL UPGRADE Awesome stopping power is guaranteed with this ceramic series. They have a higher heat threshold than the Greenstuff pads. Series: 3000 C Series – Muscles Cars and High Horsepower Cars *Key Features: High initial brake effect; strong resistance to fade under load; totally resistant to rotor vibration; low dusting of wheels; shimmed, chamfered and slotted; average friction of 0.48 YELLOWSTUFF BRAKE PADS – 3RD LEVEL UPGRADE Top selling EBC sport compound, widely used in track driving on cars up to 200bhp, such as Miata and many lighter based saloons. These pads grip positively from cold right up to blistering race temperatures.

Series: 4000 R Series – Muscle and High Horsepower Cars, Truck and SUV Upgrade – fast street and occasional track use *Key Features: High initial brake effect; strong resistance to fade under load; totally resistant to rotor vibration; dust similar to OEM brakes; shimmed, chamfered and slotted, average friction of 0.50 BLUESTUFF BRAKE PADS – 4TH LEVEL UPGRADE New in 2011 was the range of EBC Bluestuff NDX superstreet and track pads. These differ from Yellowstuff in several ways. First of all, the friction level is a huge 0.7µ which is almost unheard of and delivers huge stopping power. *Key Features: Suitable for fast street and track use; good initial bite from cold; great fast street pad on heavier cars; zero fade right up to 1200/1300◦F; bonded with high strength chemical interlayer; wide aperture vee shape dust/expansion grooves; pads are factory pre-bedded for fast break-in; average friction of 0.50 ORANGESTUFF BRAKE PADS – 4TH LEVEL UPGRADE This range of pads are now available in most race and high performance street based caliper fitments. This material has a higher heat threshold than Bluestuff and delivers longer lifetime with reduced rotor galling. *Key Features: Longest lasting sport and race pad; good initial bite from cold with increasing friction; zero fade right up to 1200/1300◦F; bonded with high strength chemical interlayer; wide aperture vee shape dust / expansion grooves; huge lifetime even in race use; pads are factory pre-bedded for fast break-in; zero rotor galling / disc damage.
