CONSULTATION
Initially, you will need to book a laser consultation and patch test that takes approximately 20 minutes and includes a thorough check on medical history and an explanation of how hair removal with laser works. There are additional charges for appointments that are extended to accommodate extra thick or long hair. We strongly recommend a complimentary consultation before your first appointment & your hairdresser will discuss this with you during this consultation.
All new colour service clients are required to have an allergy test 48 hours prior to appointment.
Please note we cannot undertake colour work on persons under the age of 16.

COURSES
Courses are valid for 12 months and are payable in advance at the end of the first treatment. They are not transferrable or refundable.
CONSULTATIONS
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
To secure a consultation with Anne Roberts Hair & Beauty a deposit is required.
**We take a refundable deposit of £25 for all consultations, including those that are free of charge. Should you need to cancel or reschedule we kindly ask that you call us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to give the full notice will result in the deposit being retained by the salon. This allows us to manage our diaries efficiently.
Should you choose to go ahead with the treatment or course, the £25 deposit will be taken off the cost of the treatment or course. Should the treatment be contraindicated in your case or you choose not to go ahead after the consultation, your deposit can be refunded to you or may be used against any of our other treatments or products.
**Refunded to you by the same method the deposit was paid.
TIMINGS
We do understand that sometimes everyday life may get in the way and clients may arrive late. In this instance, we shall make every effort to ensure that your treatment will be accommodated where possible, but so other clients are not affected it may be necessary to reduce the time, reschedule or cancel your treatment. No prices can be adjusted for a late arrival.
DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit will be required to secure appointments at the time of reservation. However, we recommend opting for full payment when you book in order to limit contact at reception during your appointment. Please have your card details ready at the time of booking. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice or a charge will be made.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you need to cancel a confirmed booking please give at least 24 hours notice prior to your booking. We will be more than happy to reschedule this for you. When a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice the price will be charged in full for any treatments. All colour and tint services require a skin test at least 48hrs prior to appointment for new clients. Other clients may be required to have a skin test if it has been over six months since their last colour or tint appointment in the salon.
Quotations given over the phone for services are strictly estimates and are subject to change. If you require an exact quotation, please inform your therapist prior to any service.
Refunds and exchanges on retail products will only be given on unopened and unused products.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be honoured. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. All voucher purchases are non-refundable. We do offer an extension of 3 months to vouchers nearing their expiry date at a cost of £15 per voucher, please contact reception to arrange this 0151 653 7979
