MyDining Login Lightweight Directory Active Protocol (LDAP) LDAP connects the associate to the Compass directory. Steps to obtain a MyDining login utilizing LDAP: 1. Food and Nutrition Director to generate Compass username and password in MyAccess. 2. Onsite MyDining administrator will provide access to MyDining using the Compass username and password. Login to MyDining: 1. In Google Chrome, open: https://mydining.compass-usa.com/app/index.zul 2. Use the Compass username and password 3. Click “SIGN IN” Password reset options: 1. Update in MyAccess 2. Call the Compass help desk: (888)-295-7206 How to troubleshoot issues with LDAP login: • User does not have a Compass user ID set up through MyAccess • Password reset is needed • Case sensitivity of the login
