PET-FRIENDLY STUDENT LIVING

The Villas at Bryn Mawr Apartment Homes offers pet-friendly student housing to accommodate your furry friends. Take a nap on the couch together in the spacious floor plans or go for a walk on the wellmaintained community grounds. There’s plenty of space for everyone here – cats and dogs included.

We accept cats & dogs, with a maximum of two (2) pets per household. Breed restrictions for dog include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, German Shepherd, or any mix thereof.

Pet interviews will be conducted before move-in and documentation from a

Certified Veterinarian establishing breed, expected weight at maturity, and proof of current vaccinations will be required.

Non-refundable Pet Fee: $300 per pet

Monthly Pet Rent: $50 per dog under 40lbs; $75 per dog over 40lbs; $35 per cat

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE

• Select your desired apartment home; be sure to review the move-in date, lease term, and rental rate, then click “Apply”

• Create an account to complete the application and follow the prompts through completion

• You will be required to verify your identification and income.

Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration.

COSTS TO RESERVE YOUR HOME

• Application Fee: $50 per applicant

• Security Deposit: one month’s rent, subject to applicant screening

• Administrative Fee: $250 one-time fee

TRANSPORTATION

Roundtrip shuttle transportation is available to Villanova Monday–Saturday.

PARKING

Open parking: $25 per month

Reserved parking: $125 per month

Garage parking: $100 per month

RENTER’S INSURANCE

Prior to move in, residents are required to obtain and provide proof of a policy of personal liability insurance, which provides at least $100,000 of liability insurance, per occurrence, to third parties, including us, and that the insurance policy will name us and our designated third party, Assurant, as the interested party.

UTILITIES

Residents are responsible for electric, gas, water, sewer and trash.
