Henderson, NV
The City of Henderson Spatial Assessment covered 13 buildings and 17 departments. Phase One interviews clarified each department’s current layout, future needs, growth projections, and desired adjacencies. Phase Two will address detailed workplace requirements, with implementation plans developed later.
Henderson Libraries Spatial Assessment
Henderson, NV
MOREgroup led a spatial assessment and visioning effort to plan the future of the City of Henderson’s public library system. Through workshops with staff, city representatives, and stakeholders, the team identified long‑term needs and strategies for adapting existing facilities. This study now guides the library system’s capital improvement planning for the next decade.
State of Nevada Capitol Complex Master Plan
Henderson, NV
The Capitol Complex Master Plan assessed Nevada’s current and future office space needs in Carson City by reviewing all state‑owned, leased, and rented facilities. The plan projected space needs, evaluated space utilization, assessed parking demand, and recommended how to best use existing facilities such as the State Library and Archives. It also developed a financial model to compare lease‑versus‑ownership costs for future state office space needs.
