Back in August, the members of the MISD Fishing Team set their TeamGoalsfortheSeason. Much like most High School Teams in other sports, thebarwassethigh. However, over the past 10 years, this program has accomplished many of the goals set, so confidence was high going into the StateChampionship.
This year was no different, withthefirstgoal to be accomplished was to defend their Texas High School Bass Association Houston Divisional Title. The Team was successful in this effort, although not an easy assignment, as many local High School Fishing Programs were nipping at our heels, most notably,CollegeStation.

“The national average price of gasoline has continued its gentle descent over the last week, with the most notable declinesseenintheGreatLakes region, where a minor refinery issue was resolved, sending wholesalegaspriceslower,"said Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy. "We're also beginningtoseepricesretreatin California, a trend that should soon extend across much of the West Coast as additional gasoline shipments from Asia help offset recent refinery disruptions. While gasoline inventories remain somewhat tight heading into the summer, I’m optimistic that increased refinery output could pave the way for further price declines. That said, any unexpected outages could still cause shorttermpricebumps."
