Consulting Services

MINT offers tailored guidance to implement and optimize Montessori principles in individual classrooms or across a school community MINT consultants are available to observe your program in action and make specific recommendations regarding administration, family engagement and classroom mentorship based on your needs and our knowledge and experience.

Mentoring

MINT mentors bring years of experience and a deep understanding of Montessori pedagogy to guide and empower adults currently working with children in classroom and community settings Work one on one to observe, reflect and plan in a way that leads directly to your own personal and professional growth, as well as the growth of the children in your care.

Workshops & Presentations

MINT offers a dynamic range of topics from Dr Montessori’s theoretical pedagogy to practical hands-on application in the classroom and at home Whether you are designing a teacher inservice program, a half-day professional development seminar or a family engagement night, let MINT support you with a series, workshop or presentation tailored to your needs and audience.

Program Description

Discover Montessori Conversations, a captivating Professional Development series that brings together MINT staff and featured speakers. This transformative series is designed to empower educators and ignite their passion for Montessori education!

Each academic year, MINT announces a new lineup of monthly conversations, each revolving around a specific topic chosen for that year. Immerse yourself in a transformative learning experience that enhances your understanding and practice of Montessori principles

Help us shape these conversations with YOUR unique voice and experience!

Program Details

Location: Online via Zoom

Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Central

Cost: Series $120 | Session $20

*Registration Cost is Non-Refundable

Certificate: Participants will receive a certificate for 2 hours of Professional Development for each session attended.

Material Making Collective

Free Community Resource

Community Description

We know the value of working with your hands We know that creating your own materials allows for a deeper understanding of the materials in your classroom. Join our FREE Material Making Collective to continue your practice in the company of a passionate and supportive community!

Guides at every level of training are welcome to join these events; and our classroom environments will be open so you can explore the materials and gain inspiration for your own construction

Adult/Infant Community Free Community Resource

Community Description

The Adult/Infant Community offers a space for adults with infants from birth to 14 months to come and connect with other families while building the knowledge of how to how to prepare yourself and your environment for the early, formative months of your child’s development.

As a community we have conversations and share resources to guide our understanding of the child and their developmental needs. We support each other in the exploration of topics such as feeding, sleeping, and toileting.

Our Program is Committed to:

We embrace the Montessori philosophy, respecting each child's unique pace of development, encouraging independence, and promoting a love for learning from the very beginning.

Professional Learning Communities (PLC)

Free Community Resource

Community Description

MINT PLC communities have been developed to provide opportunities for collaboration among those working in learning environments. The purpose of these groups is to provide an environment for practitioners to come together to share experiences, brainstorm ideas and offer support to each other in their work.

PLC Communities

Location: Online via Zoom

Schedule: PLC gathers on the first Wednesday of of the month during the academic year.
