Montessori Core Principles Certificate Course Course Description This comprehensive course offers an immersive exploration of human development from birth to adulthood, guided by experienced AMI trainers across all levels. Upon successful completion, participants are awarded the internationally-recognized AMI Certificate for Montessori Core Principles.

0-3 Diploma Course Two-Summer Format This course equips adults to comprehend and facilitate optimal development for children from birth to age three through deep engagement with Montessori developmental theory and developmentally appropriate activities. Topics covered include gross and fine motor development, language acquisition, music and art, personality development, hygiene and physical care, nutrition, prenatal care, as well as practical insights for setting up home and community environments for children under three. 3-6 Diploma Course Academic Year Format
The 3-6 Academic Year Diploma Course focuses on Montessori pedagogy and practices for children from 3 to 6 years of age, the characteristics and needs expressed during this stage of development, and the means available to assist the child’s work of self-construction. The teacher is trained to act as a vital link between children and their surroundings; all children explore freely at their own pace.
Schedule Overview This course is completely on-site, taking place during the academic year September 2024 - May 2025.
