WELCOME BACK TECH AMBASSADORS!

The Met is excited to announce the return of the Tech Ambassador program, with Ena Puder and George Burch returning to the role! Ena and George have developed proficiency with KW's tech products at a high level, and have volunteered their time to help our agents increase their knowledge of KW tools and systems and use them to drive their business.

In addition to answering your tech questions and teaching agentcentric classes focused on building your business, Ena and George will be soon publishing dedicated office hours. How extensive is your experience in the field of real estate?

I have been actively involved in the real estate industry for approximately eight challenging years.

What motivated you to pursue a career in real estate?

I genuinely believed that I possessed the ideal qualities and skills necessary for this profession.

In your leisure time, what activities do you engage in?

I enjoy engaging in various activities for personal enjoyment, such as traveling, exercising, and expressing my creativity through photography and videography, ultimately culminating in creating captivating real estate content.

What advice would you offer to individuals entering the real estate industry?

I highly recommend ensuring you have a financial safety net of six to twelve months' worth of savings to cover your living expenses before embarking on a full-time career in real estate.

What potential benefits can real estate offer you?

Real estate provides a pathway to personal freedom and an opportunity for self-improvement Overcoming formidable challenges and achieving success in this industry can be truly fulfilling.

Thus far, what has been your most significant hurdle to overcome? My greatest obstacle to date has been recognizing that real estate is fundamentally a people-oriented business Prioritizing the needs of clients over focusing solely on closing deals has been a valuable lesson.

What are you looking forward to in the year 2023?

I am eagerly anticipating growth and expansion, as anything is possible. Establishing my own team and witnessing the boundless potential for both my team members and myself is incredibly exciting.
